I began my career as an Executive Search Consultant with the well-known NYC financial services search firm, Cromwell Partners, where I recruited corporate finance and capital markets professionals for Wall Street. In 2003, I co-founded Continuiti, an HR niche-specific staffing firm which quickly gained national recognition. For nine years, I was Continuiti’s Director of Sales and Recruiting, and in this position I directed Continuiti’s team of recruiters and sales staff, counseled clients, and provided a constant pool of outstanding candidates to Fortune 500 companies nationwide. As a Senior Recruiter with Amazon, I know the ins and outs of a Talent Acquisition organization.
I earned a BS in Economics from University of Michigan (honors).
I began my career as a Recruiter, ultimately leading a team of corporate recruiters as a staffing manager. Over the past twenty years, I have worked in talent acquisition for large global companies, like Roche, Organon and ADP. During my time at Roche, as an International Program Manager, I developed an internationally recognized talent sourcing model - that means finding great people! I am very familiar with the corporate mindset and internal decision-making processes which enables me to give clients an understanding of what goes on behind the scenes of staffing. I earned a BS degree from Syracuse University and I am certified as a Human Resources Professional (SPHR, GPHR).
