Debra Horowitz - Co-Founder

Debra began her career as a co-founder of Continuiti, a niche HR staffing firm that quickly gained national recognition. As Continuiti’s Head of Sales and Recruiting, Debra lead a team of recruiters providing top-tier candidates to Fortune 500 companies nationwide.

After successfully selling Continuiti, Debra found success as an Executive Recruiter with top tier companies such as Amazon, Wayfair, and Peloton. Her deep insight into the operations of large corporate organizations provides her clients a superior edge over the competition. 

Debra holds a BA in Political Science with honors from the University of Michigan.

Sharon Cohen - Co-Founder

With over 25 years of experience in strategic recruitment, Sharon has successfully led recruitment teams and specialized in executive search and placement in the pharmaceutical industry. Her expertise and personalized approach have made her a trusted advisor, dedicated to empowering professionals to achieve their career goals.

She earned a BS degree from Syracuse University and is certified as a Human Resources Professional (SPHR, GPHR) and additionally a certified Behavioral Based Interview Trainer.
